How do I check out and complete my purchase?

You must select a minimum of 4 different attractions to move on to the checkout step.

Do I have to print my tickets, or can I keep them on my phone?

Tickets should be printed on paper before arriving to your first attraction. Not all attractions have scanners that can read phone screens.

I've already left home, where can I print my tickets?

We recommend you print the tickets at your lodging's business center. You may also stop by the Visitors Centers at 24th & Broadway or 23rd & Mechanic to print your tickets.

How do I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be emailed to you in a PDF format immediately after checkout. If do not receive them, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still are unable to find the email, please contact us at (409)765-3580 and we can resend it.

I typed the wrong email address, how can I receive my tickets now?
